AbonTouch 5-wire resistive touch panels are more suitable for harsh operating environment than common low temperature resistive touch panel.
The fixed points on X-axis and Y-axis of AbonTouch 5-wire resistive touch panel after stable and high temperature process are designed on glass surface as matrix fixed points position. It is suitable for operating environment that requires high standard and high touch frequency. It has longer service life than common resistive touch panels.

Glass process–tunnel high temperature technology
The high temperature process guarantees better performance of products in extreme temperature and harsh environment than low temperature process.
The tunnel high temperature process of AbonTouch ensures the electronic characteristics and mechanical functions of the touch panel and improves the durability and stability in extreme temperature.

The resistance on glass surface is distributed evenly
The contacts can endure up to 270°C welding temperature
The silver paste is melted on the glass and won’t fall off easily. The coordinate
signals are sent to controller through circuitry stably and accurately.

Contacts – welding technology
The welding process has better performance than hot pressing process in preventing the change of temperature and humidity affecting the reading of coordinates.
Because of high temperature process, the connection cables of 5-wire resistive and capacitive touch panels of AbonTouch are welded (about 270°C) and can endure 10kg tension and 90° bend.
